Initiate Your Request
Log into your Casence account and navigate to your order history to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Device
Ensure the electronics are in their original packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality and condition, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
